Services

Franchise accounting services, built around the operator.

Accounting, tax, bookkeeping, royalty reporting, multi-site reporting, acquisitions and business advisory for franchise businesses in Australia — delivered as one joined-up service.

In short

What does a franchise accountant do?

A franchise accountant looks after the same core work as any business accountant — financial statements, tax returns, BAS, payroll compliance and tax planning — but organises it around how a franchise operates. That means reconciling royalties and marketing levies to actual sales, reporting in the format your franchisor requires, tracking profit store by store, and helping you assess purchases, renewals and expansion using your network’s numbers.

Accounting & tax

Annual financial statements, income tax returns, tax planning and structuring that accounts for franchise fees, fit-out and the way your agreement actually works.

Franchise accounting and tax services

Bookkeeping, BAS & payroll

Clean weekly books, GST and BAS lodgement, Single Touch Payroll and Payday Super — the routine compliance a busy store can’t afford to get wrong.

Franchise bookkeeping, BAS and payroll

Royalties & franchise fees

Royalty and marketing levy calculations, reconciliations to sales, and the reporting your franchisor expects — checked against what your agreement says.

Franchise royalty and fee reporting

Multi-site reporting

Store-by-store profit and loss, consolidated group results and a monthly view of margins, labour and cash for every location you run.

Multi-site franchise reporting

Buying, selling & expanding

Independent financial due diligence before you buy, structuring for the purchase, and the numbers behind a second site or an exit.

Franchise acquisition and due diligence

Business advisory

Budgets, cash flow forecasts, margin analysis and a regular conversation about what the numbers mean for your next decision.

Franchise business advisory

One relationship

Compliance and advice, connected.

Most franchise owners don’t need six separate providers. They need the weekly books to be right so the BAS is right, the BAS to be right so the royalties reconcile, and all of it to be right so the profit and loss can be trusted when it’s time to make a decision.

That’s why our services are designed to work together. You can start with one — often tax compliance or a due diligence review — and add others as your business grows. Each engagement is scoped in writing with a fixed fee before work begins.

Services FAQ

About working with us

Can I use just one of your services?

Yes. Many clients start with a single engagement — a due diligence review before buying, or annual tax compliance — and add bookkeeping, reporting or advisory later.

Which accounting software do you work with?

We work with the major cloud accounting platforms used by Australian small businesses and with the point-of-sale and payroll systems common in franchise networks. If your franchisor mandates a system, we’ll work within it.

How are your fees set?

We scope each engagement and agree a fixed fee in writing before we start, based on your number of locations and entities, transaction volumes and the services you need.

Next step

Let’s make your numbers work harder.

Tell us where you’re at — first store, next store or a whole network — and we’ll start with the right conversation.
